Many Questions About Building Heights, by Liang

The anticipated workshop is cancelled. The city staff hasn't answered any of these quesitons either.

Thank you for agreeing to post another workshop on GPA items.
And thank you for doing such a great job researching and documenting and prepare thousands pages of documents for GPA. Such wonderful work.
However, as I distribute flyers that mark areas with increased building heights, a few questions keep coming up that I hope the staff could answer in the next workshop or in an FAQ as David mentioned before.
What kind of the buildings they are going to put into each area? Residential, office or others? It seems for some people, the land use matters to them.
How are the areas chosen? How come some other areas near highway exits are not chosen? Like the area near the 85 & south DeAnza exit.
And the area to the west of 85, north of Stevens Creek and south of Stevens Creek, along Bubb Road.
And the area south of Stevens Creek, across from Marina and Peet's Coffee.
What's the criteria for choosing or not choosing an area?
How are the height chosen? They are not consistent.
How come areas with the same characteristics do not have the same height?
How come some areas are so large? Areas near single family homes should be separated from areas along major roads or highway so that different height could be assigned.
